Where to Sign Up

The Presumptive Eligibility (PE) program is in every county health department throughout the state.  Walk into or call any county health department office to ask about getting signed up for Presumptive Eligibility.  Please click here to find a local health department office.    

CoverKids Pregnant Woman is available in every county health department throughout the state.  The application can also be completed online through TennCare Connect, or by calling 855-259-0701.  CoverKids Pregnant Woman does not provide immediate coverage, it will not take effect until TennCare approves the full coverage. 

Breast and Cervical Presumptive Eligibility can ONLY be obtained at the county health department offices.  Part of the enrollment process involves a screening for the Tennessee Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program.  Although you can obtain other TennCare coverages that will cover breast or cervical cancer treatment, only Breast and Cervical Cancer TennCare coverage can be obtained through the Presumptive Eligibility program.  Please click here to find a local health department office.
