An active Patterson Dental account, an activated SHIP-TO account, and an MMCAP ID are required to place orders. If you have an existing account with Patterson Dental, but are not allowed into the Smart Shop page, please make sure to choose your ship to location on the "Create Requisition" page. If you are still unable to access, please contact John Ostipwko (John.Ostipwko@pattersondental.com) to gain access.
