As the state's consulting office, CFG is continuously engaged in projects that improve how we serve our citizens and/or reduce the cost of government in that service. A mobile-based citizen experience (app) designed to provide a 24/7 personalized services relationship. The initial rollout will be for the 4.5 million citizens using Driver Services.

Alternative Workplace Solutions
Promoting employee flexibility and increased productivity by using a variety of workspaces that also substantially reduces the state’s real estate needs.

Service Partnership Agreements
SPAs facilitate more efficient and effective working relationships between the agencies that execute internal, shared services (General Services, Human Resources, and Finance & Administration), and the other executive branch agencies that they support. SPAs clarify responsibilities and establish performance metrics to ensure quality service.
