File a Consumer Complaint

A third-party claims administrator will be assigned to manage the Credit Acceptance Corporation (CAC) settlement. Once in place, the claims administrator will create a website with full information on the settlement parameters. Until then, you can find some limited information on CAC's own website: Settlement | Credit Acceptance

If a consumer is going to receive debt relief, they will be notified by CAC. If a consumer is eligible for restitution, they will be contacted by the claims administrator.  No one should assume they are getting relief until they are contacted. You do not need to file a complaint here as part of that process.
