Attorney General Moves Execution Dates Be Set In Capital Cases

On behalf of the Tennessee Department of Correction, and as required by Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 12.4 (A), the Attorney General’s Office moved to set execution dates in nine capital cases.  Link to Motions to Set Execution Dates:  https://www.tn.gov/content/dam/tn/attorneygeneral/documents/pr/2019/motions-to-set.pdf
