Bridge Construction Prompts Closure of State Route 70 at Hagan Reynolds Road in Hawkins County
Motorists traveling on State Route 70 in Hawkins County should be aware of road construction activities that will have an impact on traffic.
State Route 70 is now closed near Coran Road and Hagan Reynolds Road to allow for the construction of a new bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad. Signage is in place to direct motorists on State Route 70 and State Route 66 around the work zone via Old Highway 66 and Old Highway 113.
