Hanes provides financial services, employee benefits consulting, and brokerage services in Tennessee. In his tenure he has worked with individuals to form strategies for their assets that provide a reliable, long-term income stream, and give families financial security. He also works as a broker for employers on benefit plan design, health care data analysis, and the use of technology in insurance and employee benefits. Hanes has led his companies for 20 years and has become one of the most successful insurance brokers in the state of Tennessee. He was recently awarded the 2021 President’s Inner Circle qualification, George B Pearson Sales Leadership Award, and Wall of Fame Award with Ohio National Life Insurance Company. Hanes holds a B.A. degree from the University of North Carolina in Industrial Relations. He currently serves the state of Tennessee on the Tennessee Sports Wagering Council and the Tennessee Historical Commission.
