GAINESBORO - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to the indictment and arrest of Johnny F. Stafford, Jr., for one count of tax evasion and one count of theft. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department arrested Stafford, 24, yesterday. Bond was set at $3,500.
