The Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s (TDOSHS) Driver Services mobile units at the Elizabethton Driver Services Center, Unicoi Police Department and Newport Grammar School are issuing free replacement identification licenses and driver licenses to citizens directly impacted by the East Tennessee floods.

Beginning today, the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security (TDOSHS) is issuing new Driver Licenses and ID cards with a fresh design and improved security features along with new self-service kiosks, which can reduce wait times at Driver Service Centers. The new credentials and kiosks will expand to all Driver Service Centers over the next few months.

Beginning Monday, July 22, the Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s Driver Services mobile units will be at the City of Lebanon Public Works Complex, located at 410 Park Drive, Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. while the Lebanon Driver Services Center is closed for a planned remodel until January 2025.
