46 trooper cadets will earn their badges in a graduation ceremony tomorrow at Hermitage Hills Baptist Church. Commissioner David W. Purkey of the Tennessee Department of Safety and Homeland Security will serve as the keynote speaker at the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP) cadet graduation ceremony.
