TIPTONVILLE – In celebration of Black History Month, the Northwest Correctional Complex (NWCX) in Tiptonville held an informational program for incarcerated men. The annual event was a chance to educate the men about the history of successful African Americans and the importance of cultural diversity.

Revenue special agents arrested Head, age 65, Thursday. His bond was set at $85,000.

The rate is based on a ceiling of 4 percent over the weekly average prime loan rate of 7.75 percent as published by the Federal Reserve on February 21, 2023.
