NASHVILLE– The Tennessee Department of Human Services (TDHS) announced today that qualifying families who live or work in Carter, Cocke, Greene, Hamblen, Hawkins, Johnson, Unicoi, and Washington counties affected by Hurricane Helene can receive one-time emergency cash assistance.
