– Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart McWhorter and Independent Stave Company officials announced today the company will invest $30 million to establish new manufacturing operations through its subsidiary American Stave Company in Rickman, Tennessee.
