NASHVILLE – The Tennessee Board of Parole will conduct executive clemency hearings on Tuesday, June 25 through Wednesday, June 26 at its downtown Nashville central office, located at 500 James Robertson Parkway in the Davy Crockett Tower. The June 25 hearings will start at 10 a.m. Central time, while the June 26 hearings will start at 9 a.m. in the Chairman Richard Montgomery Board Room, located on the fourth floor.

NASHVILLE--Tennessee Department of Financial Institutions Commissioner Greg Gonzales announced today that the maximum effective formula rate of interest in Tennessee is 11.50 percent per annum. WAYNESBORO -- John Brent Scott pleaded guilty to one count of attempted tax evasion and one count of attempted forgery in a Wayne County Criminal Court on Monday. Judge J. Russell Parkes sentenced Scott to 11 months and 29 days of supervised probation.
