McKenzie, Tenn. - The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to yesterday’s arrest of Alec Akin, age 28. Akin was charged with three counts of tax evasion and one count of theft for filing false documents related to transactions on personal vehicles.
