WTFHS Registration

The West Tennessee Fair Housing Summit is a one-day seminar for attorneys, housing professionals, housing providers, and others to learn about the most pressing issues in fair housing. It will take place on Monday, April 29 at the National Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, TN from 8:00am - 3:30pm CDT.  The Summit is organized by the Tennessee Human Rights Commission in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, West Tennessee Legal Services, and the National Civil Rights Museum. 

The theme for this year's Summit is "Fair Housing in 2024: Continuing the Legacy of Dr. King". The event will feature expert panel discussions on fair housing issues including Landlord-Tenant Rights,  Fair Housing Investigations, and Fair Lending practices. Additionally, the Summit will feature Keynote Speaker, Roshun Austin, from The Works, Inc. In-person registration will include admission into National Civil Rights Museum exhibits, continental breakfast and lunch. CLE general hour credits are pending.
