NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Today, Governor Bill Lee announced that he will deliver his second State of the State address to the General Assembly and fellow Tennesseans on Monday, February 3 at 6 p.m. CST. The joint session will be aired statewide and take place in the House Chamber in the Tennessee State Capitol.
