Haslam Announces Reward To Help Apprehend Man At Large

$5,000 offered for information leading to the arrest of Kirby Gene Wallace

NASHVILLE – Tennessee Gov. Bill Haslam today announced a $2,500 reward for information leading to the apprehension, arrest and conviction of Kirby Gene Wallace, doubling the $2,500 reward already offered by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. Wallace is wanted for first degree murder, felony murder, aggravated arson, especially aggravated kidnapping, especially aggravated robbery, especially aggravated burglary, and theft of property.

Wallace is currently at large and is believed to be in the Stewart and Montgomery County area.

Wallace should be considered dangerous. The TBI has added him to its Top 10 Most Wanted list.

“We ask anyone with knowledge of the case or his whereabouts to come forward with information,” Haslam said.

District Attorney General Ray Crouch in the 23rd Judicial District requested the reward from the governor to help generate information in this case.
