Application Process

Step 1: Download and complete the Letter of Intent. Submit the Letter of Intent, along with an aerial photograph with site boundaries outlined, to Select.Tennessee@TN.gov by February 12, 2021, 4:30 PM CST. 

Step 2: Upon receipt of the Letter of Intent, TNECD will confirm the applicant's eligibility. TNECD will send the applicant their username and password, which they will use to access the application. You will not be able to access the application prior to submission of a Letter of Intent and receipt of your username and password. You will also receive a budget form and the ECD Grant Payment Setup Form. 

Step 3: All applications and pertinent supporting documentation must be uploaded to the application portal on or before March 12, 2021, 4:30 PM CST.  All sections of the application must be answered completely.  Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.  Following submission of your application, you will need to email your budget form and the ECD Grant Payment Setup Form to Select.Tennessee@TN.gov.

Step 4: Short-listed projects will be invited to give a presentation the week of May 17, 2021.
