Sara Kirtley joined the Sports Wagering Council in October of 2024. Prior to joining the SWC, Sara worked for UBS as part of their Employee Conflicts of Interest team as a Compliance Specialist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Arizona State University, and obtained her Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in May 2019. Along with her J.D., Sara completed the necessary requirements for a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. Sara is also a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) with the Society for Corporate Compliance and Ethics.

 In her spare time, Sara enjoys reading, trivia games, and spending time with her three dogs.
