Prior to joining the Sports Wagering Council, Sam graduated from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville with an undergraduate degree in Public Policy & Administration. He has done investigative work for the Sports Wagering Council and has been serving as our Data Analyst since June 2025. Sam is a volunteer member of NAHT (Nashville Anti-Human Trafficking Coalition) and is pursuing postgraduate degrees with hopes to complete law school. Sam is a Murfreesboro, TN native and hopes to give back to the community that raised him.
