Jourdan Hoover joined the Sports Wagering Council in April of 2026 as an Investigative Analyst. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Forensic Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice Administration from Clark Atlanta University.

In her spare time, Jourdan enjoys reading and spending time with her dog, Ziggy.
