The Communications Division supports the Department's mission by providing effective communication to the agency's internal and external stakeholders.  Please feel free to contact the Communications staff listed below with request for information.

For public records requests, please complete sections 1 thru 4 of the Inspection/Duplication Of Records Request form.  Submit the form to TDOC.MediaRecordsRequests@tn.gov.
