Scott McAnally
Director, Insurance
Scott McAnally has served as Director of TDCI's Division of Insurance since August of 2021. In his role, Mr. McAnally oversees the division's six sections that protect consumers and ensure a viable marketplace in Tennessee. The division regulates and licenses both individuals and corporations, mediates consumer complaints, and provides resources to the citizens of Tennessee to assist in comparing various insurance providers.
Before joining TDCI, Mr. McAnally previously served as Legislative Director for the State of Tennessee's Benefits Administration. Additionally, he served as Statistical Research Specialist for TennCare. He is a graduate of the Middle Tennessee State University and the University of Georgia where he earned a Master's in Public Administration.
