Scott Radock serves as a Senior Management Consultant with the State of Tennessee’s Customer Focused Government (CFG), the state’s internal consulting and performancemanagement office. He supports enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen government services through strategic planning, performance management, business process improvement, and artificial intelligence governance.

Scott serves as a liaison to several major state departments, helping them develop and carry out annual CFG Plans and four-year strategic plans aligned with the Governor’s Operational Priorities. His work includes facilitating performance reviews, strengthening accountability, and supporting the public reporting of agency progress through Transparent Tennessee.

He also leads business optimization engagements across state government. Through stakeholder interviews, process mapping, current-state assessments, research, and cross-functional facilitation, Scott helps departments identify inefficiencies, improve customer and employee experiences, and develop practical, sustainable improvements to the way work gets done. He leads the CFG Business Process Improvement Roundtable, a quarterly forum that brings together state employees to share processimprovement tools, agency case studies, and lessons learned.

Scott also contributes to Tennessee’s statewide artificial intelligence efforts. He serves as a voting member of the State AI Steering Committee, and serves as a staff lead for the State AI Committee and subcommittees. In these roles, he helps advance conversations
around AI strategy, use-case evaluation, workforce impact, and responsible adoption across state government.

Before joining CFG, Scott was a Senior Consultant in Strategy at North Highland, where he supported clients with strategic planning, program management, operational improvement, and technology transformation. He holds an MBA from Belmont University, graduating summa cum laude and receiving recognition as the program’s Most Outstanding MBA Student. Scott is an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
