With an extensive background in strategic consulting, Scott previously held the position of Senior Consultant in Strategy at a notable global consulting firm. With thorough program and project management experience, he has been instrumental in navigating the strategic direction and execution of various programs and projects, ensuring alignment and adaptability with overarching visions and goals. His proficiency lies in fostering multi-stakeholder engagement, crafting comprehensive strategies, and establishing KPIs that solidify achievement within set scopes and timelines. Scott is a proud MBA graduate of Nashville’s own Belmont University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was selected most outstanding MBA student.

Innovative at his core, Scott has also aided prior employers in adopting newer technological initiatives, targeting upskilling and transformative application and adoption. As a certified Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master, he's also adept at introducing any agile methodologies to diverse teams, fostering adaptability and agility across departments.
