Customer Focused Government
Rudy Rodriguez, a Tennessee Governor’s Veteran Fellow based in the Office of Customer Focused Government, served on active duty for 29 years in the U.S. Army. During his career, he gained extensive leadership and operational experience as a field artilleryman in Kosovo and the Global War on Terrorism. He participated in two deployments supporting Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
In 2018, Rudy was selected to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy at Fort Bliss, Texas. He concluded his military career as the Command Sergeant Major of the 101st Division Artillery (DIVARTY) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Rudy is a certified U.S. Army Master Leader and Instructor. He also maintains an active TS-SCI security clearance.
In 2019, Rudy earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso, Texas. He resides in Clarksville with his wife, Carrie, and their children.
