How to Request Continuing Education Credits

for the TN Workers' Compensation Virtual Educational Conference

The application to request CEUs is built-in to the Session Hall.
The Session Hall is one big form that you fill out after each session.

After watching a session, scroll to the bottom of that session's page and click the option "I request continuing education credit or certificate of attendance for this session."

Then click "Next".

The next page will ask for a Session Key.

The Session Key is our way to prevent abuse and verify that attendees actually attended the session. The Session Key will be a single word that the presenter will say sometime during the presentation. If you miss it, it will be said at least twice at different times during the presentation. If you miss both, then you can wait until the video is available for on-demand viewing and rewatch any parts of a session that you may have missed.

After you type in the Session Key, the page will then allow you to proceed with the CEU request process. This last page asks for which type of credit you are requesting:

  • CLE (type in Tennessee Bar Number)
  • CRC (checkbox)
  • CMC (checkbox)
  • CDMS (checkbox)
  • SHRM (checkbox)
  • Insurance Producer Credit (type in NPN Number)
  • Certificate of Attendance (checkbox)

Make sure to press the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

You will receive an email confirmation (from Google Forms) that you have attended that session.

IWCF staff might reach out to you in mid-November to confirm which all credits you have submitted.
