Robin L. Morrison was appointed to the Tennessee Public Utility Commission by House Speaker Beth Harwell in 2013 and reappointed in 2015. In 2020 and 2026, Lieutenant Governor McNally reappointed her to the TPUC.  Commissioner Morrison currently serves as a Senior Vice President and Private Client Relationship Manager for First Horizon Bank. She brings broad experience in customer relations, business management, and federal and regulatory compliance. 

Commissioner Morrison received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She possesses a comprehensive background in banking and finance. She holds Series 7 and Series 63 securities licenses as well as being life and health insurance licensed. 

Commissioner Morrison is a graduate of the Southeastern School of Banking and Leadership Chattanooga. She is active in leadership roles in her community, having served on the boards of the South Board of Redevelopment Group, Junior League of Chattanooga, the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce’s Southside Council, and Chattanooga Ballet. She currently serves on the board of Chattanooga's National Park Partners.
