Notice of Pre-Hearing Conference in Docket No. 25-00074
A Pre-Hearing Conference to be hosted via WebEx has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. (CDT) on Friday, February 6, 2026, in accordance with Tenn. Code Ann. ยง 4-5306(d) and Commission Rule 1220-01-02-.12. The purpose of the Pre-Hearing Conference is to establish the process and procedure for the orderly conduct of the Hearing in this matter.
