TPUC Electronic Hearing

An electronic hearing will be held at 10:00 a.m. (CDT) on Monday, October 16, 2023, using the WebEx videoconferencing platform, on the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement filed by Tennessee Water Service, Inc. and the Consumer Advocate Division of the Office of the Tennessee Attorney General in the above-captioned matter. In the event that the Settlement Agreement is not approved by the voting panel, a hearing on the merits of the Petition filed by Tennessee Water Service, Inc. will immediately follow.   

    Chairman Herbert H. Hilliard, Vice Chairman David F. Jones, Commissioner Robin L. Morrison, Commissioner Clay R. Goode, and Commissioner Kenneth C. Hill, the voting panel assigned to this docket, will conduct the hearing in accordance with the Tennessee Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, Tenn. Code Ann. § 4-5-101 et seq. Members of the public may participate by presenting verbal comments during the hearing and/or filing written comments in the docket file by sending an email to contact.tpuc@tn.gov with a reference to Docket No. 23-00046 in the subject line of the email or through the Commission’s website.
