Gift Limit Increase

Based on the CPI, we are required to increase the aggregate contribution limits and the lobbyist expenditure gift limit every two (2) years.  Effective February 10, 2025, the limits are:

Lobbyist Gift Limits:
- Per event $78 – TCA 3-6-305(b) (8), (9) and (10)
- Annual Limit from employer of lobbyist to a person $158 – TCA 3-6-305(b)(10)
