Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and Sungwoo Hitech officials announced today that the company will invest $40 million to locate its first U.S. manufacturing operations, Sungwoo Hitech America Corp, in Telford.
