| The Broadband Accessibility Grant Program is designed to offset the capital expenses in the deployment of broadband in unserved areas. Because incomplete applications will not be scored, TNECD allows applicants to submit prior to completion review deadline in order to have their application checked for completion prior to the final application deadline.
