Public Meeting Notice: Revised Policies 70.2.1 & 80.4.5

Public Meeting Notice Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 33-1-309

In accordance with § 33-1-309 of the Tennessee Code Annotated the Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (“Department”) is giving notice through the Tennessee Administrative Register of the following public meeting:

General Description.

The Department will be publishing revised policies 70.2.1 Reporting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse of Government Funds and Property and 80.4.5 Recoupments.  These policies will supersede guidance on these topics as addressed in the Provider Manual (effective 3/15/14).

Date, Time & Place of the Public Meeting and Opportunity to Comment.

This public meeting will take place on Thursday, July 16, 2020, from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM CT. Due to the issuance of Executive Order No. 51 on June 29, 2020, from Governor Lee, which extends restrictions of large gatherings in a confined space, this public meeting will be held electronically via WebEx.
