Licensing Requirements

  1. A clear copy of a driver's license or other photo identification for the controlling person and any owner(s) of the Appraisal Management Company.
  2. A surety bond in the amount of $20,000.00.
  3. IdentoGO receipt for background check submission for the controlling person and any owner(s) of the Appraisal Management Company.
  4. Appointment of Agent for Service of Process
  5. Irrevocable Consent to Service of Process
  6. Declaration of Owner(s) and Controlling Person
     

Application & Fees

Complete the “Initial Appraisal Management Company (AMC) Application” online at core.tn.gov. The fee is $2,000.
