Jennifer Peck

Chief of Staff / Chief Operating Officer / Deputy Commissioner

Jennifer Peck serves as the Department's Chief of Staff & Chief Operating Officer, as well as Deputy Commissioner overseeing the Division of Fire Prevention, the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy/Peace Officer Standards & Training Commission, and the administratively attached Tennessee Emergency Communications Board. Ms. Peck joined the Department in 2019 as an Executive Director in the Division of Regulatory Boards. Prior to joining the Department, she owned and managed Peck Legal Group, PLLC, a law firm that specialized in domestic relations litigation and mediation. She is a graduate of Auburn University and the Regent University School of Law.
