Report Fraud for the IEA Program

Tennessee citizens may anonymously report suspected fraud related to the IEA Program to the department in one of two ways:

This process is for reports of fraud related to the Individualized Education Account (IEA) Program only. Other reports of fraud will not be processed if submitted here.

Reporting Fraud, Waste, and Abuse

Tennessee citizens may directly report wasteful, inefficient, or fraudulent activities to the Tennessee Comptroller’s Office in one of two ways:
