  • Tennessee Agricultural Museum - The Tennessee Agricultural Museum serves its community through educational programs, exhibits, and special events that attract more than 12,000 people annually. School groups are welcome to learn about Tennessee's rural past through curriculum-focused field trips and audiences of all ages are encouraged to explore the site's exhibits that contain over 3,000 artifacts related to life in Tennessee before electricity.  The museum includes two levels of exhibits, an heirloom garden, and historic cabins.
  • West Tennessee Agricultural Museum - Steeped in the rich history of its region, the West Tennessee Agricultural Museum presents life-size displays that depict the everyday challenges settlers faced opening a new territory.

Organizations

  • Tennessee 4-H Club - 4-H is a global network engaging youth to reach their fullest potential while advancing the field of youth development. Their motto is To Make the Best Better.
  • Ag In The Classroom Foundation - Tennessee Farm Bureau provides teachers with resources to help them educate students about agriculture.
  • Tennessee FFA Foundation - FFA is a youth organization promoting and supporting agricultural and technical education. Their motto is Learning to Do, Doing to Learn, Earning to Live, Living to Serve.
  • Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation - Their mission is to to develop, foster, promote and protect programs for the general welfare, including economic, social, educational and political well-being of farm people of the great state of Tennessee.
  • Project Learning Tree - Project Learning Tree Tennessee is co-sponsored by the Tennessee Forestry Association and the Tennessee Department of Agriculture's Division of Forestry. Project Learning Tree provides formal and nonformal educators with curriculum, materials, and training in environmental education.
