Pick Tennessee Products
Since 1986, the Pick Tennessee Products program has been a free service dedicated to connecting people everywhere to Tennessee farms, farmers, farmers markets and all the great things that come from our farms and food businesses. We do not charge anyone for our services or generate income for any agency.
Pick Tennessee Products can help you find about 2,600 individual Tennessee farmers and farm-direct businesses. Use PickTnProducts.org, the Pick Tennessee Mobile app, Facebook, and Instagram to make your local connection.
From produce to pumpkin patches, from honey and handmade soaps, to farm direct cheeses and artisan chocolates you can live local better with Pick Tennessee Products.
If you are interested in being a part of the Pick Tennessee Products directories and meet the requirements below, submit an application at picktnproduct.org.
- Agriculture Producers must provide a high quality agricultural product (produce, meat, permitted diary product, on-farm experience) produced on a Tennessee farm to be eligible to participate in the Pick Tennessee Products (PTP) program.
- Food Manufacturers must provide a high quality product processed in Tennessee and/or utilize ingredients(s) from a Tennessee farm when available.
- Non-food products such as wreaths, soaps, oils, hand crafted items must be produced from a Tennessee agricultural product from a working Tennessee farm
- All products listed on the PTP website and bearing the logo must meet or exceed U.S. Government and/or State of Tennessee standards and regulations where applicable. Manufacturers/processors must provide a current facility permit from Tennessee Department of Agriculture’s (TDA) Consumer and Industry Services.
