Tennessee Board of Claims Meeting

The Board of Claims will meet at 9 a.m. (Central Time) December 7, 2020 via WebEx. In the interest of public safety and welfare, this meeting will be held by electronic means only and will not occur in a physical location. The Board of Claims will consider the following:

•    Statement of Necessity;
•    Review and Approval of Minutes of October 13, 2020 meeting;
•    SAS Actuarial Report;
•    Defense Counsel Report;
•    Opportunity for Public Comment; and
•    Other Business

The meeting will be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communications pursuant to T.C.A. § 8-44-108.
