    KNOXVILLE, Tenn. -The Special Investigations Section of the Tennessee Department of Revenue conducted the investigation that led to Todd Wilson Culpepper pleading guilty to one felony count of use tax evasion Culpepper, a certified public accountant, paid $9,170 in restitution to the Department of Revenue.
