Notice of Public Hearing for THDA’s Proposed Issuance of Bonds

Notice is hereby given of the intent of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency ("THDA") to hold a public hearing on THDA's proposed issuance of tax-exempt mortgage revenue bonds or notes, in one or more series, on one or more dates, including a plan of finance therefor, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $200 million to make monies available to finance single family homes located in the State of Tennessee for qualified families and to refund certain previously issued bonds of THDA. The hearing will be held by conference call at 11:00 AM CDT, June 18, 2021, using THDA's toll-free number: 1-888-727-6537. Persons wishing to make oral comments should notify THDA by email to Legal@THDA.org not later than 4 :30PM CDT, June 11, 2021, of their intention. Oral comments are limited to three minutes; however, written comments will be accepted and included in the record of public hearing. Written comments should be emailed to Legal@THDA.org no later than 4:30PM CDT, June 15, 2021. Any individual who needs special assistance in order to participate in this public hearing should notify THDA by email to Legal@THDA.org or by calling the Legal number at 615-815-2028, and leaving a voice message no later than by 4:30PM CDT,  June 11, 2021.
