The Tennessee Housing Development Agency Board of Directors will meet in regular session on Tuesday, May 21, 2019, at 1:00 P.M., in the Nashville Room, Third Floor, William R. Snodgrass-Tennessee Tower, Nashville, TN. Meetings may be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication. If members participate by electronic or other means of communication, the requirements of T.C.A. Section 8-44-108 shall apply.
