The Bond Finance Committee of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency Board of Directors will meet on February 12 at 4:30 PM or on February 13 at 2:30 PM in Conference Room G-11, Ground Floor, State Capitol. It will be approximately 2:00 PM on February 12 before the actual meeting date will be known. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the sale of THDA Bond Issue 2019-1. To confirm the meeting date, please call THDA at 615-815-2200 after 2:00 PM on February 12. The meeting may be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication. If members participate by electronic or other means of communication, the requirements of TCA Section 8-44-108 shall apply.
