The Tennessee Housing Development Agency ("THDA") has revised the Administrative Plan for the Housing Choice Voucher Program ("HCV") administered by the THDA Rental Assistance Division. This plan is submitted annually to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and is available for citizen review and comment. A copy of the HCV Administrative Plan rules with proposed amendments is located at https://thda.org/about-thda/public-notice-and-comment. Members of the public are invited to provide comments at a public hearing to be held on Wednesday, July 11, 2018, between 8:30 A.M. and 11:30 A.M. CDT. The public hearing will be held in the Ground Floor Hearing Room, Andrew Jackson Building, 502 Deaderick Street, Nashville, TN. Written comments will be accepted through 4:30 P.M. CDT, July 6, 2018, and included in the record of the public hearing. For additional information, contact THDA at 615-815-2200.
