– Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart C. McWhorter and Dutch Tech, Inc. officials announced today the company will invest $755,000 to expand its insulation manufacturing operations at the company’s headquarters in Southern Middle Tennessee.
