NASHVILLE --- The Tennessee Fish and Wildlife Commission (TFWC) will meet Aug. 21-22 at the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency (TWRA) Region II Ray Bell Building in Nashville. The committee meetings begin Thursday, Aug. 21, at 1 p.m., with full Commission proceedings continuing Friday at 9 a.m.

Lateral Trooper Cadet Class 825 completed a rigorous 11-week training. Commissioner Long served as the keynote speaker during the graduation ceremony and delivered the oath of office as the graduating class was sworn in. The graduation ceremony was held at the Tennessee State Library and Archives in Nashville.

The rate is based on a ceiling of 4 percent over the weekly average prime loan rate of 7.50 percent as published by the Federal Reserve on August 11, 2025.
