Board of Directors Meetings
The Megasite Authority of West Tennessee Board of Directors meets periodically throughout the year. Unless otherwise noted:
- All meetings are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to noon CT
- Location information for all meetings are in the meeting details.
- Public comment requests must be submitted via email to Clay.Bright@tn.gov at least three (3) days prior to the meeting
- Meetings may be conducted in person, electronically, or in a hybrid format in accordance with T.C.A. § 8-44-108
- Virtual meetings typically include video and dial-in options
- Requests for ADA accommodations should be submitted at least two (2) days in advance
