Board of Directors Meetings

The Megasite Authority of West Tennessee Board of Directors meets periodically throughout the year. Unless otherwise noted:

  • All meetings are scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to noon CT
  • Location information for all meetings are in the meeting details. 
  • Public comment requests must be submitted via email to Clay.Bright@tn.gov at least three (3) days prior to the meeting
  • Meetings may be conducted in person, electronically, or in a hybrid format in accordance with T.C.A. § 8-44-108
  • Virtual meetings typically include video and dial-in options
  • Requests for ADA accommodations should be submitted at least two (2) days in advance
