Pursuant to TCA 8-44-103, notice is hereby provided that the Megasite Authority of West Tennessee Board of Directors will meet at the following date, time and location:

Pursuant to TCA 8-44-108, this meeting may be conducted permitting participation by electronic or other means of communication.
