11:15 Review & Approvalof Minutes (previously distributed)
- March 27, 2024 public meeting
11:20 Discussion regarding laptop deployment for board members, including hardware and software options
- Possible vote regarding issues dealing with laptop and STS services, such as connectivity, state issued cell phones, and other STS catalogue options
11:40 Discussion regarding business cards
- Possible vote regarding procurement of cards for board members and details regarding card characteristics

- The Board shall reserve a period for public comment to provide thepublic with the opportunity to comment on matters that are relevant to the items on the agenda for the meeting. At the appropriate time, the Chair will open the meeting for public comment. Guests attending in-person shall make their intent to speak known and the Chair will recognize the individual.

The Tennessee Inmate Disciplinary Oversight Board is established as an autonomous inmate disciplinary oversight board. The purpose of the board is to review the grant, denial, and removal of inmate sentence credits by a warden for good institutional behavior and to determine whether sentence credits previously awarded should be removed for commission of a major infraction designated by the department as a Class A disciplinary offense or for an inmate's refusal to participate in an assignment.
